Elaine Pofeldt is an author and freelance journalist who specializes in small business, entrepreneurship, and careers. Her latest book The Million-Dollar, One-Person Business, looks at how entrepreneurs are hitting seven-figure revenue in businesses where they are the only employees. How do they do this? Well by tapping automation and other technologies to scale their efforts.
