In this episode of The Creative Life Podcast I talk with Rolfe Kent who is a Los Angeles based film composer and has scored more than 50 films, including Academy Award nominated Up In The Air, Sideways, About Schmidt, Legally Blonde, Wedding Crashers, and the main title theme for the TV show Dexter.

Born in England into a non-musical family, he knew at at 12 that he wanted to be a film composer. One of his latest projects is The Zen Effect, an innovative album of ambient drones for healing, meditation and enhanced concentration.
